The SCR make Jaguar Heat Pump Unit Test Bench is designed for final testing, quality assurance, and compliance verification of air conditioning units. It ensures reliable validation of electrical safety parameters such as earth bond, insulation resistance, high voltage withstand, and earth leakage current.
Additionally, it evaluates operational performance including current, wattage, RPM, and compressor pressure.
This test bench will have only PC modes of operation. All the tests will be carried out sequentially and the Data will be displayed and stored on PC. Lab VIEW based software and Siemens make PLC as an Interface module will be used to control the whole sequence. Option will be given for selection of test. If in different models of AC Tests are different, then that can be done by selecting the type no. (model) of AC

The Jaguar Heat Pump Unit Test Bench is Ideal for manufacturing lines, service centers, and R&D labs, the system supports model-specific test configurations and automated test sequencing for consistent and efficient evaluation.
