Endurance Test Setup for Mixer Appliances - PC/PLC based

This SCR make Endurance Test Panel for Domestic Mixer is designed for automated ON/OFF cycling and performance validation of mixer appliances.

Available in single, four, or customizable multi-station formats, also available in two configurations—PLC-based and PC-based—this setup enables manufacturers and quality teams to validate product reliability, performance, and safety across multiple units simultaneously for domestic and commercial mixer units.

Mixer Motor Testing Panel (IS 4250 / IS 302)

SCR ELEKTRONIKS have developed TESTING SET UP FOR MIXER MOTOR for carrying out performance test and High Voltage test of mixer at final stage.

It consists of Voltmeter, Ammeter and Watt meter for observing the values of different parameters. OK / NOT OK lamps are also provided to display the results of HV test. HV test is provided with tripping cut off concept. Output Socket is provided for quick connections and disconnections of the equipment to be tested.

User friendly operations make the equipment to be handled easier for any operator.

Input Supply : 1 Phase 240V 50Hz
Variable Voltage Source to give 0 - 300 V / 6 Amps AC
Digital Wattmeter 0 - 1000W.
Digital Voltmeter 0 - 300 Volt.
Digital Ammeter 0 – 6.00 Amps.
Facility to carryout Leakage Current Test at 240 V. The current will be indicated on Digital Ammeter. If the current exceeds 210 Micro Amps. "NOT OK” lamp will glow. If the Timers are provided for test time and for changing the polarity of output supply.
HV tester 0 - 1.5 KV / 5 mA with timer to set time 0 - 10 sec. Digital Voltmeter will read the out put HV Voltage. At the end of time the indication of "OK" & "NOT OK" will be given on lamps.
The test will be selected with push button & contactors and there will not be necessity to change the connections.
Digital RPM Indication 5 digit.
Tripping current selection: 2mA , 5mA ,10mA , 25 mA ,50 mA.

The tester can be customized with respect to number of stations, range of the current (wattage), voltage, and also the maximum value of high voltage. The tester can also be customized w r t PLC / PC based or microcontroller based semi automatic version

The tester conducts high voltage test on the mixer and also electrical performance test. Expected current is pre-programmed in the test system and if the current exceeds the range, the test bench declares overload / no load depending upon the test outcome

Circuit Breaker Testing Machine

SCR Elektroniks has designed this test machine to test 2,5 & 10 Circuit Breaker at a time. Panel is provided with constant DC current source. The tester is used to check the overload tripping characteristics (Trip Time Vs Set Current) of the small Circuit Breaker used in domestic mixer

Equipped with a DC constant current source rated 0 to 10Amp / 20 Amp as suitable for any station configurations.
Includes a single digital ammeter for monitoring current across stations.
Each station is provided with an independent digital time interval meter for precise trip timing.
Dedicated jig for circuit breaker mounting is supplied per station.
Each station features a trip sensing circuit and solid-state bypass arrangement for accurate and safe testing.
Station count (1, 2, 5, or 10) is customizable based on user requirement.
Panel layout, control toggles, and dimensions are scalable to match the number of stations.
Operates on standard 230V AC, 50Hz power supply.
Optional features include data logging, PC interface, and remote triggering for advanced setups.

The tester is used to check the overload tripping characteristics (trip time vs set current) of the small circuit breaker used in the domestic mixer

Commutator HV Testing Unit

SCR ELEKTRONIKS have designed “Commutator Testing Setup” to provide Commutator manufacturers and users a simple and speedy method for testing their Commutators. This High Voltage Tester model is specially designed for carrying out insulation test of commutators.

This single station commutator testing set up can test one commutator at a time. The tester can be customized with respect to voltage level and number of stations.The cycle time will be 8 to 10 sec.

In Automatic mode of testing this set up performs two tests automatically.

Variable High Voltage Source: Adjustable AC output from 0 to 500 V / 1.5 kV RMS
Step/Synchronous Motor Drive: Sequential rotation of commutator segments with auto-stop on fault detection
Spring-Loaded Brush Assembly: Adjustable, easy-to-replace contact brushes for segment connection
Tripping Circuit: The leakage current between the two segments is sensed by a Current Transformer with two ranges, namely 0.1 mA and 1 mA.
Fault Indication : Brush Position indicated exact fault location.
Safety Interlock: System lockout until fault is rectified. The circuit cannot be reseted unless fault is removed

The tester is used to test the dielectric withstand capacity of the mixer commutator with respect to insultion.
