High Current Source System 12.5V /1000A AC 1 & 3 Phase with DC option - Source 1 Front View

The SCR Make 10kA AC High Current Injector with DC option is a custom – built system designed to support high-current testing such as for Temperature Rise Test or other tests as per your testing standard (IEC, UL, ASTM etc.) supported by NI LabVIEW/PC based Testware software. It is controlled via a common Industrial PC interface which enables precise, automated, and safe testing of high-current electrical components such as Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), Busbars, Connectors, Switchgears like MCCB, MCB, Contactors and Protection System

The setup includes:
Source1: 12.5 V / 1000 A (1& 3-phase AC) + equivalent DC output
Source 2: 12.5 V / 2500 A (1& 3-phase AC) + equivalent DC output
Source 3: 12.5 V / 10000 A (1& 3-phase AC) + equivalent DC output
Designed for testing applications requiring low-voltage, high-current delivery, the bench perform electrical validation tests. Its modular and scalable structure ensures operational reliability and system safety; it supports precise testing and programming for trip/non-trip and overload verification of ACBs and similar devices.
Purpose of the Equipment:
To deliver programmable AC and DC currents from 10A to 10,000A at 12.5V, controlled through a single industrial PC & LabVIEW based Software suite.
To perform Trip/Non-Trip, Overload, and Thermal Stress simulations across a wide range of current levels.
To validate the performance stability of low-voltage high-current electrical systems used in massive electrical power infrastructure.

The High Current Injector (HCI) is designed to deliver controlled high-current outputs up to 10,000 A for both AC and DC applications across three phases. It is engineered for testing, calibration, and validation of power components, busbars, switchgear, and protective devices under high-load conditions.
