6 Station Bimetal Overload Relay Test Bench

The bench is mainly to be utilized for the production testing of bimetal overload relays used to break current using an overload current operated bimetal device, typically for motors and pumps. The speciality of the system is its large range: 1- 50A (2.55 of times the current rating) and thus a wide range of relays can be tested. Also relay meant to break higher overload values can be tested with the system.

The bench can be customized for the maximum testing current range and the number of stations. It can be made PC based with data logging if necessary.
