The High Voltage and Continuity Test Bench is designed to test Switches and Sockets for all di-electric withstand and leakage current. The test is carried out as per IEC 60669 (for switches) and IEC 60884 (for sockets).
The system employs PLC module to ensure a robust control over entire test sequence and safety interlocks. This test bench can be customized with respect to the test voltage (kV), leakage current measurement (mA), test time. A set of 4 switches/sockets simultaneously tested in 8 seconds, this rapid test operation making the bench ideally compatible on fully automated production lines.
In addition, there is a continuity test module which helps in checking the conformance of the switches /sockets

The product can be made PC based or PLC based. The maximum di-electric withstand level (kV) can be customized. A 2-in-1 switch / socket dielectric withstand test can also be designed and integrated in a single bench with two distinct set of fixtures, one for switch testing and other for socket testing

The product tests di-electric withstand capacity of various insulating paths in a switch such as opposite poles, adjacent poles, terminals to body, etc. as given in IEC standard. The yield of this equipment is extremely high, thus enabling rapid testing of switches
Endurance Test Bench is designed to verify the endurance testing of household and rocker switches and Sockets as per IEC 60669/BS EN 60669. Typical ratings covered are for the entire range (typically 6A – 45A) for both 3 phase and single phase loads.
The tests included (that can be customized) are, Normal Operation (as per Cl 19.1 in IEC 60669/IS 3854/BS EN 60669), Making and Breaking Capacity (as per Cl 18.1 in IEC 60669/ IS 3854/BS EN 60669), Temperature Rise (as per Cl 17 in IEC 60669/IS 3854/ BS EN 60669), Fluorescent Lamp Load (as per Cl 19.2 in IEC 60669/IS 3854/BS EN 60669), Tungsten Filament Lamp Load (as per Cl 18.2 in IEC 60669/IS 3854/BS EN 60669)

The system offers full customization in terms of the number of stations, discrete current ratings, and control options—whether PLC, microcontroller, or PC-based. It supports testing in compliance with BIS, IEC, BS, and other standards. Additionally, the setup can be integrated with a socket endurance bench, utilizing a common source and load to provide a cost-effective solution. All fixtures are precisely designed to match customer samples.

The product is designed to evaluate the endurance of switches under repetitive operations with an inductive load at the output. It records the exact number of cycles sustained before detecting a ‘contact open’ or ‘contact weld’ condition, thereby providing a precise quality assessment of the switch under test. Customers can use it not only to validate their own products but also to benchmark competitor offerings, enabling direct performance comparison.
Socket Endurance Test Bench is designed to verify the endurance testing of sockets as per IEC 60884, IS 1293 and BS 1363. Typical sockets ratings covered are for the entire range (typically 6A – 32A) for both 3 phase and single phase loads.
The tests included (that can be customized) are Normal Operation (as per Cl. 21 in IEC 60884, Cl.21 in IS 1293 and Cl. 18 in BS 1363), Making and Breaking Capacity (as per Cl 20 in IEC 60884, Cl 20 in IS 1293 and Cl 17 in BS 1363)

The number of stations, discrete current ratingd, PLC / microcontroller / PC based, tests as per BIS, IEC, BS, etc. can be customized. The system can also be clubbed with switch endurance bench wherein the source and load are common, thus giving a economical solution. The fixtures are designed exactly as per the customer samples.

The product is used to test the endurance of sockets when subjected to repititive strokes with an inductive load at the output. The product also identifies the number of cycles it withstands before ‘contact open’ or ‘contact weld’ condition is detected thus giving an exact quality assesment of the switch under test. The customer can even test its own and competitor’s product and compare the performance
This high-voltage tester is designed for routine testing of switches and sockets, equipped with a specially engineered, durable fixture that can securely hold up to 20 one-way or two-way switches or 10 sockets at a time. Delivered as a single trolley unit, the system features easily adjustable test parameters and integrated safety interlocks to protect users against electric shock and ensure reliable mechanical fixturing.
A key advantage of this solution is its capable of testing 20 switches or sockets in approximately one minute — offering enhanced user safety and exceptional value for money
